The Cold Harsh Reality Of Today's Job Market
(and how to win work in a losing employment game)
Please review the information below entirely, as it will show you how to obtain a major advantage in getting a GREAT job in the midst of an extremely WEAK job market!
Until recently, America had been the "land of incredible wealth and wonderful opportunity" for, not only its citizens, but for the world. When the economy was perfect, few people even considered having a résumé, as few people needed work.
If you lost your job, or wanted to change jobs, all you needed to do was go to your local employment service office, look at the want ads in the Sunday paper, or call a few friends and ask about job openings at their workplace.
In fact, when jobs were plentiful, it was not uncommon to find many people had not only one, but several great-paying jobs.
But, oh my...how times have suddenly changed.
Today, many people find themselves struggling to hang on to even part-time jobs. There are fewer full-time jobs and an increasing number of people are applying for those jobs that are available.
Just recently, the post office department in a large west coast city advertised that applications would be accepted on two days only for 600 upcoming job openings. Would you believe that 20,000 people showed up to fill out job applications? Can you imagine the post office personnel people reviewing all those applications, and then interviewing all those people, according to the fair employment practices act?
On another day, word got out that there was going to be an opening for a forklift driver at a warehouse. Fifteen hundred men and women showed up before the job was even advertised!
Obviously and needless to say, times are very tough, and are going to get even tougher quickly. And, as it appears that we are already in a recession, it also seems that the recession threatens to become deeper and turn into a depression.
And, the worst thing about it all?
Our government leaders can't seem to figure out how to not only fix this horrific mess, but they also can't seem to understand how to turn it around in a positive direction.
So, needless to say, we are probably in for a long, hard, bumpy ride before the road ever begins to smooth out. The question is, when we hit the smooth pavement again (IF we ever hit the smooth pavement again), who will have survived?
And, as employers and businesses are feeling the pinch directly, they are laying off, literally, thousands of people weekly whose skills are no longer needed, or who can no longer benefit or serve the companies' interests. And, as such, employers are demanding to know more about new job seekers (such as YOU) -- your work record, talents, personality traits.
But, they want the facts, and they want the facts written down. Personnel managers are quickly "weeding out" unqualified applicants from those whose backgrounds and goals come closest to fitting the needs of their companies.
To get in to see the person doing the hiring these days, the job applicant MUST "sell" the employer through a résumé, as more and more firms are demanding résumés. In fact, today, most jobs require a written résumé before an initial interview is even granted.
Bottom line...you NEED and MUST have a professional résumé that is a sales presentation of your qualifications and experience that will not only get a job for you, but will get THE job YOU want.
The key to not only getting a basic job in today's market, but a GREAT job, is having the experience and credentials that companies are looking for. Again, the best way to showcase your skills is with a winning résumé.
In order to secure a job interview, you must submit your résumé and cover letter to companies. And, you are only interviewed if you have skills they are looking for. Only after they review your qualifications on your résumé, do they call you in for an interview.
And, this process ONLY begins with a GREAT job-winning résumé!
Professional Job Résumés Are The Magic Key Today!
Need a job? FIRST, you need a GREAT Résumé!
Résumés were once considered "a nice touch" to add when submitting job applications. But today, résumés are a vital necessity and you, practically, can't get a decent job without one. And, with so many millions of people continuing to lose their jobs daily due to the international financial crises worldwide in many industries, along with College graduates who are also seeking jobs each year and creating even more direct competition, not only is it going to be extremely difficult for many (if not most) people to keep a job in the future, but it is going to be even harder to get a job again if you lose yours.
And, it is very likely that you may even be required to change industries, just to be able to work and earn money. As you can see, all of the above makes résumés one of the most important things, and one of the first things you need for successful employment.
However, one problem for people seeking jobs is, since résumés are not a matter of simply typing your work history, printing it, and turning it in with your job applications, and since résumés must also be formatted in particular ways according to the jobs you are seeking, most people don't understand how to create them effectively.
Another problem for people who are seeking work is, many résumé services charge very high rates ($75-$150 minimum) to create résumés. And, in the bad job markets of today (which are only going to get worse), you can bet these résumé services' rates are only going to increase greatly due to employee demand.
I have been creating résumés since 1988 as a professional service, and my rates are only $50! And, I will have your completed résumé back to you within only 48 hours and, in most cases, 24 hours.
To have me get started with your own professionally customized résumé immediately, you only need to do two things:
1. Make your payment of $50 online through PayPal (you will be required to use an email address to send your payment. My special PayPal email address is dmichaels032260@yahoo.com.

P. S. In most cases today, résumés make the difference on whether people are hired for jobs. In fact, they are a requirement with most temporary work agencies today, whereas in the past, temporary work agencies did not require them.
